How do I check in?

When you pay the balance in full for the reservation, you will be given access and general information for your vacation rental. Typically, we suggest you get driving directions online from your location to the address we give you on the access form.

What are the check in check out times?

Check in is 4 pm; if the vacation rental is available earlier, we will be happy to let you know. Check out time is 11 am and we appreciate it if you can honor this promptly. Our cleaning crew needs to maximize their time in the vacation rental and we want to be sure no one is rushed. If you required a later check out, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance.

How do I make a reservation

Go to the availability page and once you have selected a vacation rental, click the "Book it Now" button. It will prompt you on the next steps to confirm the reservation. Once it is confirmed, you will receive an email with the reservation number. Please make note of that number and use it in any correspondence as it helps us track your information.

What is supplied in the home?

The vacation rental home is supplied with paper towels, linens, bath soaps, toilet paper, kleenex and trash bags. If you notice we are running low on any supplies, leave a note the cleaning crew will see and we will quickly replenish items. If you need anything during your stay, please don't hesitate to call Heidi at 208-891-0082.

What do I need to bring?

All vacation homes have full kitchens, which allows you to cook as you might at home. The owners also provide spices and utensils to make it easier for your stay. We suggest you might plan some meals for your stay and do the grocery shopping. You will need clothing and personal items you would necessarily bring on a vacation trip. Many accessories for excursions (beach towels, chairs, coolers) are provided. If you have any special needs, please don't hesitate to ask and we will be happy to assist you.

Is daily housekeeping service available?

If you desire daily/extra housekeeping, the hourly rate is $50 per hour and we are happy to accommodate with advanced notice.

Are pets allowed?

The great majority of our properties and related condo associations do not allow pets. In special circumstances we may be able to make an exception for service animals. Please contact Waikoloa Hawaii Vacations directly.
